AWARD

Successful graduates of any of the outlined certificate programs is presented with a Certificate of Competence in their area of study which is accredited by The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC). Graduates are awarded the prestigious TGL/UCC Certificate, and are accorded the privileges of alumni of the TGL School of Sales & Sales Management. The certificate has become accepted as a standard of excellence in its field.

What is the cost of the course?

  • The Fundamentals of Professional Sales – $ 75,000.00
  • The Fundamentals of Sales Management – $ 175,000.00
  • Advanced Selling Skills – $ 60, 000.00

What is the mode of delivery?

The proposed modality is a hybrid approach consisting of both face to face instruction and a virtual session on the weekend utilizing Adobe Connect. This will total 5 hours of instruction per week.
Proposed times for Face to Face Delivery

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays (6:30-8:30 pm)

Proposed times for Online Delivery

  • Sundays (4:00-5:00 pm)

How do I register and make payment?

    1. To apply for admission, please complete the online application at tglsalesschool.com(go to “Certificate Program”) then click enroll and complete the electronic application. As part of the online application please submit a scanned copy of your photo ID. Enrollment period ends 1 week prior to the course start date. Full payment must be received to process application.
    2. The course fee must be paid using the
      • TGL online payment system via credit card
      • bank transfer to TGL account
      • direct deposit to TGL account
      • corporate or manager’s check payable to Think Grow Lead Ltd.
    3. To apply in person, go to the University of Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC), Corporate Education Division, and request the enrollment package for TGL Sales Certificate Courses. Package includes Application Form, Course Information, Bank Vouchers and FAQ Sheet.  Complete the application on site and submit a copy of your photo ID. Refer to the above for payment options.
    4. Participants who withdraw after enrollment, must do so in writing, prior to prior to the first classandwill receive a full refund less any processing fees. No refund of fees is provided to admitted candidates after the first week of the course.
    5. Applicants will be notified of admission within 1 week of receipt and review of their completed application. Student package will be provided in the week preceding the course start date.

How is the course assessed?

Students will be guided to complete and submit assignments and projects. There will be a final exam based content taught during the course

What are the office hours?

The facilitators will usually be available one-half hour before and after each class and by appointment or for telephone discussions. Call for either an appointment or a phone conversation. Facilitators will review their preference in the first class. On campus administrative concerns can be directed to the Corporate Education Division at corporate_edu@ucc.edu.jm.  Other concerns can be directed to SallyAnn Gray, Head of School (TGL School of Sales & Sales Management) at sallyann@tgltrainers.com.

What is the Language of Instruction?

English is the language of instruction. The Certificate Course adheres to the standards of English proficiency applied to undergraduate admissions at the University. All applicants are required to meet these standards prior to admission to the program. If an applicant is not proficient in English (written and oral), application should be reconsidered until proficiency is obtained.
