SallyAnn Gray, B.Ed., M.Ed Head of School & Programs Director

SallyAnn Gray brings over fifteen years of experience in education, both at the local and international level. Locally, SallyAnn has held the following roles: special education teacher, school inspector with the National Education Inspectorate, teacher coach in the Alternative Pathway to Secondary Education approach with the Ministry of Education and curriculum designer with the National Training Agency, HEART Trust. In this role she pioneered and lead the strategic vision for inclusion of special education accommodations for trainees with special education needs. As an international educator who lead two separate special education departments, SallyAnn has been awarded the honor of educator and cultural ambassador by the Visiting International Faculty located in North Carolina. SallyAnn is also the recipient of the Jamaica Association of the Deaf Shield for best performance in deaf education given by the Mico University College.

A highly sought after educational strategist and speaker, SallyAnn has spoken extensively on professional development strategies for creating a positive school climate and culture, transforming the attitudes of at-risk populations; highlighting classroom and leadership practices which foster school wide excellence.

A prolific writer, SallyAnn Gray is the author of The Renewal: Revive Everything Necessary Empower Within, a spiritual and motivational text which gives tools persons can employ to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Paul Bryan Founder & Part time faculty member

Paul Bryan is a transformational leader, coach, and trainer who specializes in sales-force development, peak performance, self- mastery and leadership. He pursued graduate studies at the Manchester School of Business, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, and completed Business & Life Coaching training at Coach University. He has over a decade of successes, training and coaching executives, managers and sales professionals across diverse Caribbean industries. His work causes breakthrough results. Today Paul is the Managing Director & Co-Founder of Think Grow Lead, The # 1 Sales-Force Development Experts In The Caribbean.

Lorraine Younger Adjunct Faculty member

Lorraine Younger brings over twenty years of experience as a Life Insurance Advisor. She has experience in all facets of sales to include sales training, sales management and consulting. Her career began at Crown Eagle Life Insurance Company and in her current role at Sagicor, she has been among the top Sales agents every single year. For the last ten years Lorraine has been a Sagicor Executive Club member and is considered a star sales executive. Mrs. Younger is the President of the Sagicor Agents Association. She is also certified in Financial Securities.

Duane Lue-Fung Founder & Part time Faculty

Duane Lue-Fung is an established entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in creating and growing companies. He rose to prominence as the young entrepreneur who grew a home based business into a multi-million-dollar copier and business solutions provider, ranked in the top 5 across the Caribbean. His prowess and business acumen was acknowledged in 2007 when he was recipient of the Governor General Award for Entrepreneurship and was recognized by the Business Observer as one of Jamaica’s 50 most influential men. His vision and leadership resulted in him being one of the youngest ever President of the Jamaica College Old Boys Association. He is also a founding member and former first Vice President of Jamaica’s Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Floyd Campbell Adjunct Faculty member

Floyd Campbell is a veteran sales and marketing consultant with over two decades experience in international trade, sales, sales management, marketing and business development. He has worked extensively throughout North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Floyd has trained and managed high-performance sales and field organizations in over 22 regional countries. In this regard, he has an experienced global perspective of diverse cultures and business practices.

As a consultant, he has also facilitated the entry of a number of pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics companies into Jamaica and regional markets; establishing distribution channels, sales organizations and compliance with registration and regulatory requirements.

He holds a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) Degree and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as other post graduate certificates including graduate certificates in international trade, food safety and security.

Floyd is also an entrepreneur with interest in online retail, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and agriculture. He enjoys writing and is an avid sports fan.

Dave Lee Adjunct Faculty member

Dave Lee is very passionate about training and coaching people to excel in the field of sales and merchandising. A highly competitive salesman who has won many awards in both financial and retail sales including Salesman of the Year and Special Award for Model Store at Pepsi Cola Jamaica and Member of the Million Dollar Round Table in the Life Insurance Industry. He has the ability to capture the attention and imagination of each participant in a way that leaves them feeling excited even after the workshop has ended. His passion to share his knowledge and insights drawn from over 3 decades of sales, presentation and merchandising experience provides a rich learning environment for all and is enhanced by the practical exercises which provide the opportunity to demonstrate their new knowledge and skills.

As a past Sales and Marketing Manager, he understands the importance of sales and merchandising in the daily execution of the organization operating plans and the ultimate attainment of its strategic objectives and budget. He is also able to guide the practical alignment of the functions in creating visually impacting presentations and strong brand imagery in trade.

His technical skills allow him to assist other sales, merchandising and marketing practitioners in converting sales data into meaningful analysis to guide forecasting and strategy development.

With over 600 graduates from his workshops over the past 5 years from various organizations including, Wisynco, Cari-Med, Massy Trading, Jamaica Beverages, Hi Lo Food Stores, Sagicor Property Services and progressive SMEs, Dave has been quietly making an impact across several industries.

Dave’s experience is supported by an MBA in Marketing and a BSc. in Economics and Accounts along with other professional certifications.

Maricia Hawes

Passion is the precursor for never falling at failures feet and always striving for greater beginnings and endings. These words define the career path and life of Maricia Hawes. Maricia is currently the Consumer Brand Manager at Ag-Chem Plant Limited overseeing the international development and growth of the Company’s brand throughout the Caribbean and locally. She has achieved an MBA with a Distinction in International Business Management from the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies. Maricia has garnered over 15 years’ experience in the FMCG industry and has successfully achieved the implementation of varying plans and strategies and has positively impacted the lives of various teams led. She has chartered a new career path in which she embraces the role as Facilitator to share her wealth of knowledge garnered throughout the years with upcoming young professionals. Core values to her success includes always showing respect to everyone, taking responsibility for actions whichever way the pendulum swings and always ensuring integrity in words and actions.
