SallyAnn Gray brings over fifteen years of experience in education, both at the local and international level. Locally, SallyAnn has held the following roles: special education teacher, school inspector with the National Education Inspectorate, teacher coach in the Alternative Pathway to Secondary Education approach with the Ministry of Education and curriculum designer with the National Training Agency, HEART Trust. In this role she pioneered and lead the strategic vision for inclusion of special education accommodations for trainees with special education needs. As an international educator who lead two separate special education departments, SallyAnn has been awarded the honor of educator and cultural ambassador by the Visiting International Faculty located in North Carolina. SallyAnn is also the recipient of the Jamaica Association of the Deaf Shield for best performance in deaf education given by the Mico University College.

Duane Lue-Fung is an established entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in creating and growing companies. He rose to prominence as the young entrepreneur who grew a home based business into a multi-million-dollar copier and business solutions provider, ranked in the top 5 across the Caribbean. His prowess and business acumen was acknowledged in 2007 when he was recipient of the Governor General Award for Entrepreneurship and was recognized by the Business Observer as one of Jamaica’s 50 most influential men. His vision and leadership resulted in him being one of the youngest ever President of the Jamaica College Old Boys Association. He is also a founding member and former first Vice President of Jamaica’s Young Entrepreneurs Association.
Floyd Campbell is a veteran sales and marketing consultant with over two decades experience in international trade, sales, sales management, marketing and business development. He has worked extensively throughout North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Floyd has trained and managed high-performance sales and field organizations in over 22 regional countries. In this regard, he has an experienced global perspective of diverse cultures and business practices.
As a consultant, he has also facilitated the entry of a number of pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics companies into Jamaica and regional markets; establishing distribution channels, sales organizations and compliance with registration and regulatory requirements.
He holds a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) Degree and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as other post graduate certificates including graduate certificates in international trade, food safety and security.
Floyd is also an entrepreneur with interest in online retail, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and agriculture. He enjoys writing and is an avid sports fan.
