Sharine Bonner is the Human Resources Manager and Head of TGL School of Sales and Sales Management at the TGL Group. A HRD Practioner, Sharine is also a superb trainer.
Sharine is a graduate of the University of Technology, and the University of the West Indies as well as the prestigious Wolmer’s High School for Girls. She has gained extensive experience in training and development, human resources, and quality management systems audit, having worked in the hospitality and manufacturing sectors for over 10 years.
With a vision to inspire youth especially from the inner-city, Sharine, a believer in lifelong learning, is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resources Development at the University of the West Indies. A professed inspirational video junkie, her mission now is to squeeze every ounce out of life.
Paul Bryan is a transformational leader, coach, and trainer who specializes in sales-force development, peak performance, self- mastery and leadership. He pursued graduate studies at the Manchester School of Business, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, and completed Business & Life Coaching training at Coach University. He has over a decade of successes, training and coaching executives, managers and sales professionals across diverse Caribbean industries. His work causes breakthrough results. Today Paul is the Managing Director & Co-Founder of Think Grow Lead, The # 1 Sales-Force Development Experts In The Caribbean.
Duane Lue-Fung is an established entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in creating and growing companies. He rose to prominence as the young entrepreneur who grew a home based business into a multi-million-dollar copier and business solutions provider, ranked in the top 5 across the Caribbean. His prowess and business acumen was acknowledged in 2007 when he was recipient of the Governor General Award for Entrepreneurship and was recognized by the Business Observer as one of Jamaica’s 50 most influential men. His vision and leadership resulted in him being one of the youngest ever President of the Jamaica College Old Boys Association. He is also a founding member and former first Vice President of Jamaica’s Young Entrepreneurs Association.
Dave Lee is very passionate about training and coaching people to excel in the field of sales and merchandising. A highly competitive salesman who has won many awards in both financial and retail sales including Salesman of the Year and Special Award for Model Store at Pepsi Cola Jamaica and Member of the Million Dollar Round Table in the Life Insurance Industry. He has the ability to capture the attention and imagination of each participant in a way that leaves them feeling excited even after the workshop has ended. His passion to share his knowledge and insights drawn from over 3 decades of sales, presentation and merchandising experience provides a rich learning environment for all and is enhanced by the practical exercises which provide the opportunity to demonstrate their new knowledge and skills.
As a past Sales and Marketing Manager, he understands the importance of sales and merchandising in the daily execution of the organization operating plans and the ultimate attainment of its strategic objectives and budget. He is also able to guide the practical alignment of the functions in creating visually impacting presentations and strong brand imagery in trade.
His technical skills allow him to assist other sales, merchandising and marketing practitioners in converting sales data into meaningful analysis to guide forecasting and strategy development.
With over 600 graduates from his workshops over the past 5 years from various organizations including, Wisynco, Cari-Med, Massy Trading, Jamaica Beverages, Hi Lo Food Stores, Sagicor Property Services and progressive SMEs, Dave has been quietly making an impact across several industries.
Dave’s experience is supported by an MBA in Marketing and a BSc. in Economics and Accounts along with other professional certifications.
